Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in India's Talent War ("Competition") organized by Talent War Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizer"). By registering for the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Competition after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To participate in the Competition, you must:

• • Be between 4-65 years of age at the time of registration
• • Be an Indian citizen or Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
• • Possess valid government-issued identification
• • Not be bound by any professional contracts that restrict participation
• • Be available for live auditions and main competition
• • Agree to all terms and conditions

Registration for the Competition is free and must be completed online through our official website. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Participants must adhere to the following rules:

• • Performances must be original or properly licensed
• • No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• • Respect for judges, staff, and fellow participants
• • Compliance with all venue rules and regulations
• • No use of prohibited substances or equipment
• • Punctuality for all scheduled events

By participating in the Competition, you grant the Organizer the right to:

• • Record, broadcast, and distribute your performances
• • Use your name, likeness, and biographical information
• • Create derivative works based on your performances
• • Use your content for promotional and marketing purposes

Registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, if you are not selected in the audition rounds, your audition fees will be 100% refunded within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. No refunds will be provided for participants who are selected but choose to withdraw from the competition.

In case of technical issues or system errors during payment processing, participants may be eligible for a full refund upon verification of the issue.

Prize amounts and awards are subject to change without notice. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Competition.

Participants participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being during all Competition events.

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such collection and use.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Competition shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with Indian law.
